Shipping costs & times
Orders are released for shipping after the payment method has been confirmed or receipt of payment has been registered. The delivery times stated apply from the day after the payment instruction for normal order volumes. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Please note: In the case of cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred in individual cases, which must be borne by the customer.
